Early Game Experience: Added gate to Lumbridge Castle walls and Lumbridge graveyard, Added kitchen door to Lumbridge Castle, Added quick-pass option for Al Kharid guards and gate, Added quick-travel for Gnome Gliders, Added quick-travel for Spirit Trees, Added more rocks to the Lumbridge mine, Added Waterfall Dungeon entry without needing amulet (after quest completion) Added Helper Man and Helper Lady NPCs in Lumbridge Give beginner tasks like chopping logs, fishing shrimp, mining tin/copper, Tasks only available to low-level players, Provide guidance on making GP and getting started General Improvements: Added Coin Sack drops (Added to same drop roll as Supply Crates), Added Bone Sack drops (same as above), Added Small Supply Crates to drop tables (half the drop rate of normal crates), All of the above now also drop from gathering skills (like Supply Crates currently do) Combat & Thieving: Reworked drop tables for Smoke Devil and Thermonuclear Smoke Devil, Stuntimer for thieving reduced by 50% Small updates mostly for the new players but most definitely effects everyone. Enjoy Scurrius Update - Patch Notes: Scurrius is an early to mid level team or solo boss which is designed to be taken on as early as level 60 or so though the drops and experience boost would still make it fun and viable for higher levels. As well as the world variation being more challenging. It is based on the OSRS version with a few differences whilst being in a 2004 style. Core Mechanics Scurrius mechanics completed and fully functional. Scurrius is 20% bonus xp for all styles, world version is 30%. Solo & Small Team Support Solo and small team variants of the fight are now available. Instance entry system added: Solo variants can now be accessed. Friends-only instances are supported. Note: Dialogue packet for instance entry is pending — replaced with a command-based entry for now. Scurrius Pet Additions Scurrius pet added! Pet includes transformations into: Standard form, Green Rat, Blue Rat & Rare Pet Form Drop Table & Rewards Scurrius drop table implemented. Scurrius Spine added as a rare drop. Spine can be crafted into one of three unique weapons: Mace - Bow - Staff All rat-bane weapons provide a 35% damage boost against rats! NPCs & Access Entry & info NPC added to guide players. World boss gate(s) added for group access. Scurrius killcount tracker added. Fully integrated into the database and hiscores. Slayer Integration Turael now assigns rat tasks. Vannaka’s task list adjusted — higher-level tasks removed for better scaling. Solo Scurrius Slayer key drop rate: 1 in 7. Miscellaneous Cannon use disabled in the Scurrius area to maintain challenge balance. In other news: Minor Game Updates & Fixes Warrior's Guild Logout bug in Warrior’s Guild room has been fixed. Skill capes Firemaking skillcape colour corrected to match intended design. Gnome Champion Changes Gnome Champion’s defences have been slightly tweaked for better balance. Gnome solo encounter now includes the correct supply crate drop roll. Regular drop crate limited to 1 max for this encounter to maintain reward pacing. Family Crest Rewards All Family Crest gauntlets are now buyable after completing the quest. Cost: 75,000 coins per additional pair.
