Here's some more proof.
On 25th of September he would start working on what was asked, though he only WOULD.
We even tell him if he needs any information we can give him, he only needs to ask.
He confims.
'afgelopen vrijdag' or translated last friday we ask for any updates.
He did not reply.
If you put this in a timeshedule:
Joining us the 19th, having done nothing till the 25th, we ask him again to start working the 25th AS HE GOT PAID IN ADVANCE.
By the 27th we still didnt see any updates or progress.
The 28th he got warned by us that we are not liking it we dont see any work from him.
The 29th we open the case for refund on paypal, and suddenly he replies!
To PayPal he claimed he delivered the work at payment, making it harder and trying to stop us from getting our money back.
