i've actually watched a few, but you should expand into more detailed topics, more in-depth rather than doing a simple thing, explain how it could be used in other scenarios and how to make unique content with it

Are RSPS' still as popular as they used to be?

I don't see as many people playing currently, but that's probably because i'm also not playing much or looking at the toplists. -
downloads mainly, i do think the post count restriction to visit/reply to those posts is kind of uncool though. I understand why it's there but I see so many spammy/unhelpful posts. - I'm trying my best to get that post count without spamming, and trying to provide some kind of content.

Rune-server does seem to be kind of toxic, but they do have a nice site imo, very well organized and a good member count.
