I've downloaded a source and client bundle from the "HQ RSPS Downloads" section of the website, and it's this one to be exact. There were a few errors I was able to work through and figure out on my own, but now I'm getting this error, and I can't seem to figure out what to do from here, as I'm still relatively new to this. As I've said in the title, any help would be greatly appreciated ?

noice, thank you for posting.

I'm a bit of a grinder, so an xp rate of x10 all the way down to x5 is pretty good for me. I've also been a fan of /v/scape's x2.25 xp rate, although that's quite low for any reasonable PK server to have

I'm sure you're in a better place now, but you can HMU whenever you want.

Don't know who GOON43 is, or where he is now, but I'll definitely keep an eye out!

MY favorite RSPS was BMXscape, and it was really the only one I've seriously played on. It was around during the old Mopar/Silab client days.

I believe he was atleast very tan, the ancient middle east was and still is a hot and sunny place.

Never played on any other private servers come to think of it, but now I'll have to start doing some digging.

Oh no! I'm four years too late! ?

Nothin much, but I'm doing good!

I don't know who you are, but I'll be checking out your content for sure.

I feel like I've missed alot when it comes to RSPS's in general, but I'll get caught up eventually.

Being the first one to get to 99 smithing on an old Moparscape server called BMXscape. It was weird, I remember that. It ended with making unsmithable items being made with enchanted bars at level 99.

I haven't tried any of these, but I'm getting back into RSPS's in general, so I'll have to check these out.

To get growth I would honestly advertise to strangers on Minecraft development Discords, and gaming discords in general, as long as they allow soliciting.

how to replay to a topic to get hidden conten ?

Well, you can reply to topics in general discussion, as the buttons will be there. You won't get access to downloads until you've reached a post count of 20. -
I like varrock the most to be quite honest, as it's te coziest location on my opinion. Edgeville is nice for a PK server, which most are anyway.

Hello! very nice to meet you

I never thought an RSPS would make that much money, if any. No wonder there's so many people getting into development of these servers ?
-
Are RSPS' still as popular as they used to be?

I do like that RSPS's are on the rise again, but I feel you when you talk about the Mopar and Silab clients. It was so simple and fun to just mess around on worlds with people. I'd like to get back to doing that, which is kind of why I'm here. -
I quite like the 718 revision. It had the HD graphics but still maintained the original feel of the game.

Hello! I think it's cool that we get to do introductions like this. It's been a while since I've needed to do anything at all to participate in a forum I like, so this is a nice change of pace. First off, the name I've chosen for myself is Doombuggy, and I'm 26 years old. Nothing too special about that, but I have been playing Runescape for a LONG time. I first created an account in early 2005, enjoyed the novelty of it, and have been playing it on and off since, well, today as a matter of fact. Around 2007 is when I heard about these Runescape private servers, where you could instantly level up all of your skills, spawn items, and get into PK'ing way faster than you would in the normal game. I remember downloading one of the moparscape clients and messing around in it. There wasn't much you could do, but you could run a world where you could control just about every aspect of the game, which I think is really neat. The first and only RSPS I've ever seriously played on was this strange one called BMXscape. I don't remember what it was based off of, but I know it was a 317 where you could spawn all items, change all of your skills, and PK in most places of the world, along with instant teleports to different areas that didn't require runes. It was all for fun, and most of it was just chatting with strangers and having an amazing time spawning gear and killing each other in all these random places way before PVP worlds were a thing. Eventually, they added more working skills and decreased the item spawn list to reflect the fact that smithing was a thing. If your smithing level was high enough, you could actually craft crystal shields and dragon armour with enchanted bars ( I don't remember how you acquired them anymore, but it wasn't mining!) Eventually, the guys stopped hosting it and I haven't been on a server like that since. I've never been able to get my friends to play Runescape with me, but I thought that if I could get into RSPS development, I could create and experience something like that again with them. Or, atleast, find a source and client that would be good enough to just chill with my friends on. I hope you enjoyed my introduction, and I plan on being somewhat active in the forum, as it seems to be really cool. Thanks! Doombuggy
