Kane is right, i checked a bit and if you literraly have no idea how to start mabe get Sololearn and do some courses for free on it, it looks fun and pretty well described. Also available on mobiles.

Hi, my name is Ken, I'm a french Canadian living off the Montreal island in the Quebec province. I'm a c# programmer and I'm willing to take a look at some OSRS codes and mostly have fun with some friends over it. I'm 21 and I work full-time even in this pandemic time. I still find time to spend at my computer to smile a bit since my girlfriend of 3 years dumped me yesterday. So yes, this community seems pretty nice and I wanted to be part of it. ps.: also to make a c# osrs server.
