Hi guys. I'm new to this site and RSPS in general. All I want to do is create a private server for myself and myself only to basically be able to play as if it was an offline mode or something like that. Ideally I'd like to use it to practice PVM content. I want to learn Zulrah but already wasted so much gp in the retail game in resources trying to kill zulrah. Since I had the idea to find a private server to do this I figured I could learn something by trying to figure out how to host my own.
