rather not give my irl name given that this is the internet. However, I figured I'd do a serious intro just cuz.
I've been interested in trying to start my own private server for a while, but ever since the update where death became a gold sink I decided that it's now or never.
I've never really been a part of the OSRS community though so the idea of it being strictly multiplayer never really appealed to me.
I've been playing this game on and off for over a decade and have seen it make great advancements only to trip and fall repeatedly. After basically reaching end-game content, I would hate to see them suddenly implement some game-changing update that curb stomps the game into a downward spiral.
