Best thing to do is download some sources and get a feel for which version you want to use.

For an active rsps community tbh as most forums are dead now

Quite easy to setup , if you need any help drop me a pm

Have a look on other forums , you can easily find some cache editors which are precompiled to fit your needs. It all depends on what base your using.
