Hey guys, rs has been my first mmo back in the day, but was always f2p, recently went p2p, but am also decent at maintaining servers, so why not have a side-custom server to manage and maintain? Though, been trying to find a baseline download, and found this site! Just gotta get my rank up to download though. Also, does modifying and creating new content for your server always begin from the default osrs server? Or do you have to get some sort of blank map and import what you make into it?

Damn, well, gonna have to get post counts somehow...
