Yes there are! Though quality ones are hard to find. I find most of these are great developers getting a feeling for how folks feel about certain content sometimes. ETC.

Hi there, I'm Zei. You might have seen me around somewhere, sometime in a private server, or maybe in RuneScape itself. I have been playing since dirt was created. (about 17 years ago to be exact) A few years into my RS career I found Moparscape, and my love for the RSPS community was born. I've been out of the scene for many years, but recently started exploring servers again and decided it's time to make my own server!
