I was looking to host a server pretty much without much changes needed for the initial launch, what source would you recommend?

unless you're willing to pay $$$, then none. lol.

how about u put effort and time into a server and not just hosting and doing nothing.

What Daniel said, you can't just download and host a server without expecting work.

I'm not aware of any source you can download currently or even buy on the market that has no bugs.
