Grinding for that 20 yall! It actually forces you to come up with a decent response.

Well, you can reply to topics in general discussion, as the buttons will be there. You won't get access to downloads until you've reached a post count of 20.

I also need that 20 comments to check some files out

You need to be active i think, other communitys have the same thing. You need to contribute if you want to get something.

I think its 10-20 not to sure tho.

Doesn't that encourage spamming from new accounts though?
