can someone please help me, when i run rspsi it always gets stuck on "starting up" or does it literally takes ages to load? im trying to work on dreamscape source

You need to try all of the plugins individually. If none of them work your next step would be to find another cache from a source that is based on Dreamscape as well. Worse come to worst you can use any 667 cache from a custom source. The original RuneScape assets should all be the same for the most part.
