Arrav/simplicity server

Basically requesting an as close as possible version of the current simplicity/arrav. I know solace rsps has been released but it has tons of dupes, bugs and the settings interface hasn't been changed yet. I know there’s several version going around so I’d appreciate it if I could have one.
