Help with Error connecting to server

Hello, I am trying out a new source but receiving "error connecting to server"

What I checked:

1. Portfowarding

2. Server Options and config files for localhost and 127.0.0.1

3. No errors on client or server side

These all came back good. I was wondering if anyone knew of something I am missing. I am using the UltimaScape Source. I linked cache and it will download correctly and allow me to get to the login screen. After that is when i get the error message.

Edit: I was able to put another server source with same port and it loaded and worked fine. It was my original but decided to move to 667 after learning 317
