How can I make teleport commands only usable if they have certain criteria met? Such as we have a ;;tier1 command, which takes you to the area where you can get our tier 1 armor, but we want to make it to where you can't teleport to the ;;tier2 command until you've gotten all the pieces of t1 so that no one is skipping ahead and going straight for say ;;tier6 stuff
