Hello, I am new to the scene, I am a little confused as to what to do next. I have downloaded and setup a development environment of Necrotic in IntelliJ, I have it up and running on local host. I would like to start to customizing the server, but do not know where to start. I would like to make it more of a questing server. Since quests is what made me fall in love with RS in the first place.

1. Anyone know where I can find any tutorials on hot to set up a quest?
2. A list of in game command that would be helpful for a developer?
3. How to add custom tiles, models, and UI Art?
4. Anything else that IDK of since I am new to RSPS server development.

Please Don't reply if all your gonna answer with 1 or 2 word answers and not answer any of my questions. I already googles my ass off and found this place by accident through a obscure wiki link to another wiki. I really hope You all can give me some great advice. I read that Necrotic is not the best source to use but it was all I could find to use.
