.Rsi (runescape interface to .dat or if3)

hello hello, recently i stumbled onto a speedbumb i cannot cross. seems like i cannot export my .Rsi interface from displee's interface editor into my typeparser (zenyte base)
i would love it if someone could explain this how they did or could do it. if there is a tool please share to the world as i'm sure there are others who are in distress
