You probably didn't properly forward your ports. There are plenty of videos on YouTube to help there. Make sure you find a guide that uses your specific router, as many have different UI's.

This could be an interesting way to give random repeatable quests. Maybe push it to use a few random keywords, and the reason he gives different quests could be AI generated to be different every time.
