Hello guys, this is a clean copy of NR 228 with rsprot, maven client, java 21 for server and 11 for client, need to have java 17 also installed to be able to load cs2 scripts.

Very stable base also good for rev upgrading. Too many rats selling this shit out there with half the files in their private repo's so I decided to put a stop to their services.
