Cannot pack new models?

[Nubia 4]

Hello so i'm trying to pack new models in to the valius/galax released here. I can add models to index1, enable the repacking, there will be no errors out printed with packing the new models, but when I login the new models are invisible, This is for items and npcs. What am I doing wrong?

I tried using it but never even heard of the tool to be honest so I had no luck lmao. Do i use it on the dat files or the already gzipped models? Thanks!
