purly developed server which was started on 2012 has lots of bug/exploits that shouldn't be seen by 2020! 
But the most important thing is that server "staff" do not take a proper measures on mutes/bans they do as they like.
Flashy server "opinion --> attract teenagers and confess them to donate into the server which actually should be closed"
go visit and look yourself how does server looks with almost a decade of the development.

I've had my own troubles with these people.

The owner will threaten to hack you and if you don't donate he bans you / deletes your account.

I highly recommend staying FAR away from this sinkhole of a server.

Snow doesn't do his own coding, as you can tell by his overly old and outdated server.

Whines about other servers looking like his, but they actually work unlike shit SnowEASY / SnowRSPS / SnowScape / SnowHARD none have ever worked

and are all the same shit server.
