Hello my name is SugarLily. I am looking for something neat to put up as a new RSPS that I plan to hsot as long as I can using my own funds and donation funds if any. :) I have played RS since late january 2001 and still enjoy the game today. I just get bored sometimes and like to relax in a high rate rsps from time to time. Hopefully I can meet some neat people here and see some great contributions to the RSPS community.
