I don't know, but I do know there are window-installers for stuff like 2009scape which lets you basically install and run a server and client in a single click. Mind you it's a single-player installation, but I imagine forwarding ports and moving IP addresses around wouldn't be too difficult.

 

There definitely doesn't seem to be too much of an avenue for pre-created servers.

 

I would absolutely love for a single-player client/server launcher for RS3 (around 876 or so) so I can slowly use commands to copy my account from mainscape and play it without having to care about buying bonds or keeping a membership up, especially since I do ironman stuff so I don't really care about other players to begin with.

 

I've been manually fiddling with Nocturne and Matrix, but meh. Nocturne's provided client for some reason is stuck in Safe-mode for graphics, making it basically unusable. Plus it's missing a ton of features, so when I click a skill it opens up a custom teleport menu instead. Very annoying.

 

I just want to play vanilla RS3 at a 1x to 2x xp rate for myself.
