I enjoy creating and designing maps and I am looking to step into the whole service selling space.
I prefer creating maps solely for OSRS private server, but I am open to create maps for other revisions.
Terms of service (taken from Grim Refers thread seemed reasonable):

Only design services are provided.
Acknowledge my right to decline or terminate projects.
All transactions are final and non-refundable.
Allow a 30-day window for rectifications.
Consent to featuring work samples in my portfolio.
Assure no unauthorized use or sale of the map.
