You need to try all of the plugins individually. If none of them work your next step would be to find another cache from a source that is based on Dreamscape as well. Worse come to worst you can use any 667 cache from a custom source. The original RuneScape assets should all be the same for the most part.

This is a solid guide. I do want to add some more information because the way you are doing your texture triangles isn't the best way to visualize your texture on an image. Rather you're creating a texture triangle that spans across the entire model you are texturing. The texture triangle will create an arrow in which the direction of your texture will move or be laid on the model itself. Below illustrates the way you should be forming your texture triangles in order to create the specific look & movement you are trying to achieve. Hope this helps.
